Strength in Connection: Melchers Thailand’s Scientific Division Hosts Impactful Dealer Seminar in Bangkok

There’s nothing more valuable than direct engagement and the opportunity to experience products first-hand, something Melchers Thailand’s Scientific Division delivered with great success during its recent dealer seminar in Bangkok. In today’s business environment, where digital interaction has become the norm, we made a deliberate decision to host this seminar as an onsite event rather than online. Our Managing Director, Andreas Marquart, opened the seminar with a warm welcome in Thai, setting the tone for a full day of dialogue, discovery and learning.   • Adding further depth to the agenda, live video presentations were held with Memmert GmbH from Germany, known for their climate chambers, ovens and incubators.
  • Nüve A.Ş. from Turkey, specialists in sterilizers and centrifuges.

A highlight of the event was the hands-on product interaction. Clients had the chance to test and explore each featured product in real time, guided by our technical and sales teams who provided detailed explanations, useful tips and practical demonstrations. This interactive experience not only deepened understanding but also fostered stronger client relationships, as attendees felt personally supported and professionally informed. The direct exchange between suppliers, Melchers staff and customers created an invaluable learning environment that goes far beyond a traditional sales presentation.
