We are seeking a qualified and experienced business developer to start an IoT solution in the elevator industry.
The candidate needs to find and develop local cooperation partners, identify potential customers, and act as the main contact window between the suppliers and customers.
Your overall responsibility is to analyze the local market for the assigned product portfolio, set the right G2M strategies, and utilize your communication skills to establish a strong relationship with customers in order to meet the sales quotas.

- Find and develop local cooperation partners.
- Identify potential customers and convert them to sales.
- Reach the defined sales targets.
- Conduct market research and prepare studies.
- Develop G2M strategies.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
- Establish & maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Develop presentations and deliver sales pitches.
- Organize and manage marketing activities.
- Organize participation in tradeshows and events.
- Background in facility management / property management / asset management or background in lift service
- Sound knowledge of the local elevator industry
- Engineering degree or practical experience in a technical environment
- Technical understanding/affinity
- Able to communicate in English and local language
- Enjoy being the spearhead for an IoT startup in the region
- Experience in developing sales strategies
- Sales experience and partner management experience
- Must bring >5 years of professional experience
